Just read your comments on judging and as a mature Christian of over 35 years, I have regretfully been drawn into this from time to time. Knew it was wrong and with the urging and yielding of the Holy Spirit was able to get back on path. So much more can be accomplished with love.

Words are not enough for me to express my gratefulness to you Sarah for your heart. Thank you and I pray that Jesus keeps his loving arms around you. I pray also that Mother Mary sends you as many Guardian Angels that you need to press on.

I enjoyed reading your article about life in the hallway and it’s truth resonates with me. We have 13 children, 11 are still at home, I resigned from a high pressure job with great pay about 5 1/2 years ago not really knowing what the next step would be. God has been faithful to care for us but we are “threadbare” and I struggle with the leanness of our situation.

I know if the Lord chooses to leave us in the “hall” indefinitely, it is okay. I pray Proverbs 3:5-6 almost daily and ask for wisdom to understand what it means to commit my way to the Lord.

    Thanks for sharing!
    Blessings in Jesus,
    Don

I am praying the hallway time finishes soon. God wants to bless your family. Stay faithful. He will supply.

    Sarah,
Thank You for your analogy of the Hallway. I have heard it before, yet I really needed to hear it AGAIN. I have been recently let go from work, my girl and I finally ended our relationship in a bad way. non-violent, just lots of accusations on both parties and untrue, of course all out of hurt feelings. I am now Grateful to know I am not alone on this journey. I may NOT LIKE it, however I have FAITH that Jesus, GOD the Father will see me and Guide me through this, time in my life. Its not the end of the world, Just the beginning of something more beautiful than I could ever imagine. It is beginning.
Pray for me to let go and let Go, Peace

    Dear Sarah Coleman

I have gone though your blog in Christianity.com, it is very encouraging and like recharging the battery, I am ministering among the non-Christians, specifically focus on Muslim background, in India, yesterday I was sharing the good news to few people, two of them have shown interest to know more about Jesus, please pray for us, so that Holy Spirit may speak to their heart.

    Thanks

Thanks for the free book. I was blessed by your Christmas blog post on the need for stillness before a miracle (shared on FB by a friend in Indonesia) and so I decided to read your book. I think it would be inspiring to read often. What stood out to me in my first reading was the thought, What if you could get over things, fast. That is exactly my desire! God has put that on my heart as something needful. I am too easily discouraged, depressed, and even demoralized by comments, circumstances, and thoughtless actions by one person especially. It paralyzes me, but also it sends me straight to Jesus. I just want to get over things fast, not mull over them, maybe barely feel them! No more wallowing in self-pity when there is no one around to encourage me. Just to encourage myself in the Lord and not allow my joy to be stolen by the Enemy for even a moment, let alone a day or two or three. Thanks again. I’ve send the PDF to my Kindle so it can read me to sleep. 🙂

I just subscribed to crosswalk some few months ago, been following your write up and have been touched by them, though it’s a little hard for me to live the life I desire for my marriage and to put to practice what I learn cos my husband is in abroad still working on our documents to bring us over to start living together, so living apart has been a hell of a life for me, but God has been faithful by giving us love and keeping us in love, we have a daughter. I desire a lot from my husband and wish I can get them but your topic on “4 things couples needs to learn from Genesis” is an inspiring one for me. My prayer is for God to make haste and make this family reunion a reality. Thank you Sarah for this platform and I thank God for you, please keep sending them in. God bless you as touch lives and save marriages.
