Sometimes We Just Make It Hard On Ourselves

Sometimes life is hard. I mean there’s never ending bills, a career to salvage, health issues to deal with and family strife. As Christians we have an enemy hell-bent (pun, what pun?) on making life hard.

Lately I’ve been studying the life of Jacob. Jacob had a hard life. Just ask him.

And while some was due to Satan’s attempt to thwart God’s plan, some was self-inflicted.

If you find yourself making life hard, I’ve written an article on Crosswalk.com that may give you some tips. It’s titled Are You Making Life Harder Than It Has To Be?

I also preached about it at my church and you can listen here.

Life doesn’t have to be unnecessarily hard. With God’s help you can enjoy His blessings without hardship.

Don’t give up, amazing days are ahead.
